Warranty / RA Information


If the product you have purchased as a reseller from ADO (Australia) has become faulty, please follow the quick instructions below to for us to quickly and effectively resolve your problem:

  1. Please download ADO's RA Form below, completing all of the necessary details;
    1. Please note that any details you omit may delay the processing of your claim;
    2. Vague descriptions (eg, "dead", "faulty") may delay the processing of your claim;

  2. Fax or email the completed RA Form back to ADO (Australia) so we can issue you with an RA Number;
    1. Fax to +61 2 9460 8065
    2. Email to ra@ado.com.au

  3. When we have issued you with an RA Number, please ship the product(s) back to ADO (Australia), clearly labelling the issued RA Number on the top of the box. Remember to include a copy of our completed RA Form as well;


  4. Once the product(s) have been received and confirmed as faulty, ADO (Australia) will
    1. If the product(s) are from our own factories, repair or replace the product(s), depending on the situation;
    2. If the product(s) are locally sourced, arrange with the vendor to claim warranty status on them;

  5. Once ready to return to you, we will arrange to have the product(s) couriered back to you.

We understand that unfortunately products may fail, and when they do, you as a customer expect that the turn-around time is as small as possible.

At ADO, we are proud of our general processing time, and aim to get the goods back to you and your customer as soon as we can. It's small things like this that can make Ado stand out from the rest. We work closely with our suppliers, manufacturers and repair agents to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
